Why is this kind of signage acceptable for a food store in the UK?

Its kinda kooky and gets people to notice them I guess. I'm an englishman and you don't generally get names that wacky tho. It's just a lil gimmick. Most places just have normal names. Apart from pubs. Which have great names

This is a literal tourist location and had a tv series made about it. No, names like that are not very common.
Brighton is such a shithole.

It a business that sells bespoke chocolate cakes covered with a chocolate icing. It's based in Brighton with one other in London. Its delihtfully over the top and the cakes are devine, I had one for my marriage cake. Celebs and such like have them made for them. Try their web site. Ohh it's not a store, it's a cake shop and showroom with a cafe upstairs. That part of Brighton (The Lanes or North Lanes) is popular with tourists.

>> No.11293353

>>11293345
The Lanes and North Laine are two different parts of Brighton.

I know, I could not remember which was which, I like the area downhill from the railway station, with Gardner and Sydney street in. Lovely, interesting and quirky shops and good selection of eateries. I get my Vegetarian shoes from there.

Brighton is such a mixed bag, I live pretty close and its nice to have so many specialist shops and things but they also have really stupid hipster shit, glad I live far enough away for it to not affect my daily life.
