Are american eating habits as bad as the world thinks? In USA do you get 200g of the main ingredient in a restaurant or more?

Class and ethnicity have a lot do with it.
Americans who have white European heritage tend to be the low class, ham planets you’ll see eating fast food and overly processed crap.
Latinos cook well and use good quality ingredients and enjoy smaller portions.
Black Americans eat a large amount and cooking is more sociable. They are also receptive to fast food but generally have a healthier lifestyle so it’s not an issue.
