I actually switched to a vegetarian diet last month. Came off eating meat for every meal. I feel no difference.

Thinking about making the switch off dairy and eggs as well. The issue with vegan over vegetarian though is that you lose excellent sources of protein and replacements are about five times as expensive.

And once again we can see that's inaccurate. As much as possible would involve disconecting yourself from things like electricity and computers. Power generation creates pollution. So does the mining of rare earth minerals and copper to make computer chips an electrical wiring. So unless you're living innawoods without your precious TweetyBook, no, you're not doing "as much as possible".

I've got nothing against people who want to lower their enviornmental impact. Just be honest about your limitations and don't claim to be impact-free or doing "as much as possible" when you're doing just enough to virtue signal on social media.
