I need to eat healthy without cooking a single thing, or spending an inordinate amount of money. That means no heating appliances. Refrigeration is allowed. I don’t care if the food especially good, or if it constitutes a meal, so long as it’s nutritious and cost-effective. Can any of you help me by namedropping a food item?

I have no idea how to do this without dying of low morale. Not cooking, keeping it cheap, and keeping morale? No, can't keep all three of those. You have to either cook, spend more, or suffer.

I can get warm food if my morale is low. I just can’t eat out as a staple or expect the time and space to cook every day.

If I could dump all of these other people’s kitchen items out the window, space would be freed up and everything would be fine.

It's good, but replace the steak with those Beyond Meat burgers and it's perfect

Breakfast: Overnight rolled oats with milk, wheat gluten (cheapest protein you don't have to cook) and berries

Lunch: veggies, cheese, nuts, crackers

Dinner: same as lunch but different veggies/cheese

You can get most of your required protein for breakfast (fda says around 40g), and just chill with fat and carbs the rest of the day.
