Unless you're eating pounds of totally burned food every day, there's basically no cancer risk. Even for restaurant workers being exposed to higher levels of acrylamide than an average person eating browned foods at home there wasn't a cancer increase.

The only people who really have to worry about acrylamide are people using it in industrial settings being exposed to higher amounts than you'd ever come into contact with just by eating browned foods.
