Hi fellow foodies.
I do a lot of reading at public libraries. Obviously needs a snack from time to time.
Which is best that dont crunch to much or makes noise?

Cucumber slices, carrot sticks, radishes, cherry/pear tomatoes, and sweet peppers would all hold up well and keep the noise down. Mushrooms would probably be okay but combined with other fruits and they may end up a little soggy. You could also get away with most cheeses and if you were careful maybe some dried/cured meats. Other protein sources could be nuts and seeds or their associated butters. If even that won't work, put a scoop or two of protein powder into a baggie and dump it in your water bottle when you need a boost.
