How to sustain weight during a keto diet?
Yes, I know most people go on keto to lose weight, but I do it because of skin problems. It's been working good so far, but I don't want to lose any weight.

Can anyone recommend a type of food that gives me a shit ton of calories for the day but has low carbohydrates? So far I'm going with coconut milk which has 880kcal in 400ml but that's not enough. I also eat some nuts. I mean additionally to my lunch and dinner. I'm sure that I manage to get the 1900kcal a day, but I still am kind of losing weight.

Eat more fat. Add butter everywhere. Bacon is friend. Make your own sauces like mayonnaise or hollandaise, they are really dense as they are mostly oil\butter. Drink hard liquor and dry wines.

I've been doing keto for a long time. You simply add more fats to get more calories. Just eat what you're eating but add more fats. Here's an example: take a food or dish you've cooked yourself and put some butter or a spoonful of your favorite fat on it. There's 100 extra kcals. I eat nuts and seeds as a snack sometimes, too. I actually pour a spoonful of olive oil or warm bacon fat over them, then add extra sea salt. Also, good butter is nice straight up. You know, the expensive European butter. The shitty sweet cream shit is cooking butter. Cultured butter is eating butter. Another trick I learned (from fat people) is drinking your calories. Pour some heavy cream in your coffee.

Now if you're talking about muscle mass, that's pretty easy, too. Eat more protein. An average daily estimate is 0.5 to 0.6g per kg lean body mass. I believe 0.3g/kg is bare minimum and 0.8g/kg is the most you can use to build muscle (without steroids).

Example: As a 170lb (about 77kg) man, I will eat 40-60g of protein per day.

avocados, olives, nuts. make stuff with almond flour. use a couple of tablespoons of butter or heavy cream in your coffee instead of milk. prefer your coffee black? tough, learn to like it with 2 tbsp of butter in it (its actually good, you don't taste the butter but it neutralizes the acidity, its one of the smoothest cups of coffee you'll ever have)

That's not the keto diet, anon. Not sure what diet you're thinking of. Keto is used for dieting because it's easy to cut caloric intake without feeling hungry, but it isnt any faster than any other diet with similar caloric restriction.
