Start with a nice flour wheat tortilla
The best burritos in my book are loaded with 2 things and only 2 things, first of all great carnitas and second of all just as good salsa fresh of course
Extra seasoned pork should have a red sauce and lightly seasoned carnita is much better with green sauce.
It's basically that simple good ingredients that compliment one another for a spectacular joint function

Like the other anon said, simple is fine.
Make some chili verde, fry up some rice and make refried beans. Put it all in your tortilla and bam, good burrito. Add whatever hot sauce you want
