I had Appendicitis Inflammation and i underwent surgery to remove it. Doc said i can start eating normally even right after surgery but really suggested a healhy diet to help me with poop pellets as well since he found one during my surgery. What are some must have ingredients in almost every meal of the day i should know of?

Why not just do a saltwater fast and let your system clean itself out? Do your research on it, don't just add salt to water.

Short of that, what is the treatment for "poop pellets"? If you just need more fiber, eat a ton more vegetables and suppliment with flax seed and chia seeds. I wouldn't bother with phsyllium husk since they use that as a fiber suppliment in a ton of processed foods, which is likely what got you into this situation to begin with.

That's a low fiber issue anon. Down a glass of citrucel every day til you're all healed up, and think of ways you can introduce more fiber to things you already eat.
Soluble fiber in oatmeal as well as whole fruits that are pectin rich, like apples or apple sauces.
Insoluble fiber is the kind that passes through you and leads to looser stools for people who don't consume enough. This is your basic raw veggie kind of intake, like salads, trading white grains for whole grains, like extra fiber things like 16g of fiber kind of special nutty breads and bars.

Good luck. I got a lot of value out of The Ultramind Solution by Mark Hyman as well as Rhonda Patrick's youtube channel. She's got one episode in paricular where she interviews a couple who did a lot of research on the gut and fiber.

Anything fermented will aid digestion by populating the biome. Celery is what I eat for better poops, but really any fibrous leafy green is great. Avoid grains and anything highly processed.
