I'm not that guy but it's easy to do.

Buy ranch dressing mix. It's a packet containing powder. Use that for your wing rub. If you prefer to figure it out yourself you can easily look up ranch recipes and use those same spices. The dairy flavor can easily be gotten with a mild cheese powder you can buy online or you can use powdered milk.
