On top of my head I use maggi on:
-plain white rice
-bolognese sauce
-mixing with sriracha to make a dipping sauce for shumai or any kind if dim sums
-soup! even if the soup is salty, I'm still going to use a few drops of maggi sauce
-salad (with or without dressing)

Basically if you think your dish or whatever you're cooking isn't salty enough, just try maggi instead of salt.
