Post your favorite cocktails, /ck/

Anybody have a good idea for St Germain + Mead? I feel like the two flavors should go together really well, but I haven't come up with anything.

I don't think you're making anything very good with that as a main ingredient.

Favorite at the moment is probably Moscow Mules/Dark and Stomy.

I mean, I feel like mead isn't a bad ingredient since its so low on the alcohol content, but I'm surprised that there are so few drinks that utilize it.

Favorite cocktails personally are lynchburg lemonades and Tom Collins.

Mint julep or old fashioned if I’m in a nice place. I live in NOLA so it’s neat hard to get a good drink.

Mojito is my summer favorite, White Spiders are pretty good. For the winter my favorite is probably an Old Fashioned. I also like boilermakers and irish car bombs. If I'm at a bar with my friends and want to be belligerent I get an Adios Motherfucker

Aside from the classics (martinis, manhattans, old fashioneds, nergronis etc.) I really like the Gold Rush

2 oz bourbon or rye
.75 oz honey syrup
.75 lemon juice
Big cube of ice

im a dark and stormy or tom collins guy but the best cocktail ive had in my life was the flirtbird from angels share in nyc a few weeks back. to be fair im not that well versed into specialty cocktails but they always have great drinks

whiskey sour made with southern comfort is one of my faves, like peachy lemonade. but im willing to try anything really. right now drinking seagram sweet tea vodka with peach tea snapple since the seagram was 7 bucks for a fifth. peachy keen, i might buy up the rest.

I came up with a martini variant during my last birthday celebration. I called it the Mantini.

>gin
>vermouth
>garnish with Habanero stuffed green olive
>squeeze an orange slice into it
>ice it, stir it, and serve

If you like very smooth whiskey, yes. Although I'm not an authority.
Suntory Toki is easily one of, if not the smoothest whiskey(s) I've had.

Alright, think I'll pick some up even though I somehow have a backlog of whiskey now. A friend I play mahjong riichi with is leaving today, so I figured I'd get us something to sip on tonight because I'm weeb as fuck
