yeah this. interesting that literally everything that exists now, has existed for all of time. just in a different configuration. you, me, jack daniels, the HIV up the mod's asshole, we all went kaboom together all that time ago, and as the universe swishes around its energies and chemicals into different configurations, so we turn into humans, stars and the thousands of guys who cuck ck's mods.

alcohol with a nice dinner or whatever is fine but just getting drunk is such a shitty feeling how do people do it?

Since I started with cannabis, mostly. I still have beers here and there, since I'm trying to kick drinking sugar.

Weed helped me kick my drinking problem as well. I feel more relaxed when I smoke and I don't feel like absolute shit the next day. If I'm gonna be judged for being a substance abuser, I'd prefer to be judged as a stoner than a boozehound.

9 days sober, cravings and withdrawals disappeared after day 6. I somehow got into a cyclical problem of binge drinking, I'd wake up and be withdrawing so I'd just drink. Kicked it this time just by taking loads of anti-nausea meds and valium.

I'm 10 days(feels a lot longer wtf) into a 30 day trial sober period

>> No.11132771

It's the only thing that makes me feel content and happy. I've tried to stay sober, and I managed to do so for 2 months. It wasn't worth it. Life felt useless. I guess I could try some other drugs but alcohol feels quite alright. Or I could just kill myself.

>> No.11132802

No. We reclaim water now. The water we are drinking from our taps isn't billions of years old and it certainly isn't pure and clean.

Gentle reminder that for the vast majority of drinkers its already too late. A huge part of their consciousness is already dead.

Getting drunk is a wonderful feeling. Hangovers are a terrible feeling and arguably a sufficiently terrible one to make getting drunk not worth it.

I drink a beer or two on the weekends but thats about it.

>> No.11133358

>>11133351
you just need to know how to approach hangovers.
Drink like 2-3 bottles of water before bed, preferably eat something when you're drinking, when you wake up take some advil, have a shit, have a shower, eat something wholesome, go for a bike ride or a walk and if all else fails jerk off
you'll be feeling normal after that
