I actually love Inari OP. If you get a place that properly vinegars their sushi rice, the sourness goes great with the sweet tofu skin and salty soy. One of my favorite things to order.

mantuun buuz

Yeast+flour+water=dough
Beef+Onions+small amounts of Garlic, Salt and Pepper=filling

Let dough double in size before forming and stuffing the buuz. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes, make sure when folding them to leave an open space at the top.

Mongolian food is either plain ass like this or the innards of marmosets.

At least pelmeni get dipped in sour cream and Chinese dumplings get a variety of sauces and fillings. Buuz are literally plain dumplings made from what will grow in the tundra.

Low iq post. 10/10 food is subjective by definition as varied tastes make an objective consensus virtually impossible.

Never heard of soft shell crabs, anon?

Crabs shed their shells every once in a while, just like insects, snakes, etc. When that happens their new shell is soft (enabling them to exit their old one), and it takes time for the new shell to harden. During that time we call them "soft shell crabs", and they are completely edible, shells and all. God tier delicious.

>>11127846
Makes sense. Though I can't imagine the shells taste very good whether soft or not. Kind of pointless.

The point is that the shell has an awesome texture. It's a bit crispy, but no so hard to eat that its unpleasant. Think potato chips.

Also, the fact that you can eat the shell means that soft-shell crabs are easy as hell to eat. You can just chow down on the whole thing. No need to pick meat out of the shell which is a hassle with regular crabs, etc. Soft shell crabs are god tier. There's a reason they sell for significantly more money than normal crabs of the same species.

You're a fucking sperg/amerifat if you think deep frying is a technique worthy of 10/10 rating.
