For me, it's salty sweet.

White bread sandwhich of canned deviled ham, swiss cheese, and spread of apricot preserves.
Mapled pig meat (ham, bacon, sausages, etc)
Shredded greens tossed in rasperberry basalmic, with warm garlicky couscous.
Everything seasoned bagel thins with honey whipped marscapone.
Spicy sweet doritos dipped in mole.
Watermelon chunks with peanut butter with sprinkle of sea salt.

share yours if you've got any ways of making salty/sweet combos

Salty/sour.

Hard cheeses with homemade mustard that only uses vinegar and mustard powder. Salted and seasoned beans with yogurt. Sauerkraut. You can pretty much add salt and vinegar to any savory food and it'll taste better in my opinion.

I also like bitter and mildly sweet, so high percentage dark chocolate with milk or strong coffee with milk and no sugar.

You can use any kind of bean. Lentils and chickpeas are pretty common with yogurt in Indian cooking though. The yogurt tempers the spices a bit and it tastes really good together.

Salty first ...then sweet and salty next. One of my favorite sweet and salty combos is the monte cristo sandwhich. I do not like sweet by itself.

Watermelon and peanut butter?

Salty sour. Love kraut, pickles, anything vinegar and salt.

Also I do love sweet and salty Mexican Coke with peanuts in it.
