yujacha, or asian citrus sweet tea. It's basically strong marmalade that you dissolve in hot water to make a nice drink. Get some citron or yuzu, or whatever, maybe some ginseng, and basically just macerate sliced fruit in the honey. Stores forever, and is nice in winter

Senpai used to have 2 hives when I was younger. Harvesting them was a bitch and a half. Anyways put it on biscuits for breakfast, put it in hot tea for a sore throat, use it as a ham glaze just to name a few uses.
