Who else here doing low calorie (1000-1400kcal @ 6'1" 26yo male) vegan keto with intermittent fasting?

Pic related, today's dinner (big salad, cauliflower mash, mock meats wrapped in roasted zucchini, mct oil mixed with almond flour, hemp seed, salt, and stevia for dessert)

A little heavy on the calories yesterday, but not too bad.

Had boiled artichoke and roasted brussel sprputs with mayo, big salad, pickled asparagus wrapped with veggie bologna, and the same dessertas today but bigger and with pecans.

One day I'll think about compiling a list of actually edible keto recipes in here, because all ketofags I see eat so much fucking garbage. And even then I'm generally below 10g carbs, and I eat like I'm fucking gaben.

Soy products (tofu, tempeh, edamame) have similsr protein quality to whey

Seitan has a cimplete amino acid profile if it has soy sauce in the recipe.

Pea protein is a complete protein as well

Generally, as long as you get all the amino acids within a number of hours, it doesn't matter much if any one individual source was complete.

You can actually do vegan keto with mostly whole foods, though it requires additional planning.
