best brown soda, at least we have this in the US. But it's not just flavor, the orange fanta in EU (at least italy) has juice in it, more like orangina. And the blue is elderflower, you've seen elderflower fanta on your shelves?

It's not half bad though. I know the general purpose of Coke Zero is that it's meant to taste more like a full-sugar Coke without calories, and I think the new stuff is pretty close, plus it has less of that "diet/zero calorie soda" aftertaste. Only issue is that it tastes pretty damn flat and definitely lacks that distinct "bite" that made Zero unique on its own. Only thing that's close to old Zero we have here is the caffeine-free version. They haven't fucked that one up, or maybe they will in the future. I'll probably switch to Pepsi Max by then, who knows?

I know that New Zealand still sells the original and new formulas together...but hell, wish I knew how to import that shit over here, or knew some Kiwibros who'd hook me up.

It depends. You could try finding your luck in places that sell imported euro stuff, especially if the area has a very heavy yuro population. I know there is a bakery about a 15-20 mile drive where I live, and they sell a TON of Polish shit, especially Fanta. And it does come in those cool twisted bottles too. So far the only flavors I saw and actually tried were Orange, Shokata, and MALinna, which is some kind of raspberry/apple/grape blend, but it tastes so damn good. Think I actually saw the lemon once, but I hadn't the chance to find it again.

I definitely get a bit of an "orange juice" vibe off of Fanta Orange, but in a good way. Reminds me a bit of a less-pulpy Orangina, but I actually find it way closer to Jupi. Way less artificial (in taste AND color) than what we have here in most of Burgerville.
