I work at a CPA firm with a large high net worth individual tax practice. We have a family headed by a billionaire and his wealthy children as clients. A few more notes, based on my experiences with clients who live it up a bit more. They're in the $50,000,000-$500,000,000 family net worth range.

They tend to eat a fair amount of the same stuff normal people do. You could find a lot of the stuff they eat at home at your local grocery store or whole foods.

They tend to eat out at restaurants that are expensive (but not necessarily the best food) and spend a lot on wine.

Events that cater to these type of people (Goldman Sachs client lunch seminar or something) tend to have fancier food than what they'd eat day to day.

I can imagine myself setting up a direct line from smaller scale farms that deliver their goods to my home every other day or so. Making sure there's always something to get fresh all year round by having it spread over climate zones. Preferably in the US or at least in neighboring countries in the EU because I'm not that needy to have it flown by plane across the globe. Then have a personal chef to make something good out of whatever is delivered.
