Calorie-dense, high in protein, low in carbs, pretty good vitamin and antioxidant stats. Tastes good, pretty flavour-neutral (can be taken either with sweet or savoury), wonderful texture (better enhanced with chunky variants). Can also store for very long periods of time without spoiling due to all the oils and shit. What's there not to like?
Just don't aim for those that have a ton of added sugar and other junk. Natural peanut butter is absolutely GOAT.

i like eating peanut butter banana open faced sandwich sometimes for breakfast, but i only choose the 'natural' peanut butter where the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. other stuff has way too much sugar in it

Actually it's the oils in nuts that make them go rancid more quickly than other foods. They simply do not store very long at only about 3 months, it's just that you're keeping it around a while longer.

Should only have two ingredients; peanuts and salt. Which means most peanut butter out there is trash filled with fatty oil, sugar, and other garbage
