Hear me out. I'm a poorfag and NEET and all I had was this.

- Garlic
- Oninion
- Tomato
- Rice
- Tomato paste
- Pickle water
- Beet water
- Cabernet Sauvignon wine leftovers
- Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- Italian Herbs
- Ketchup
- Sour Cream Left overs
- Olive left overs
- Olive oil
- Water

So what I basically did was this. I cut onions roasted them.Cut the tomato and roasted them with the onions for 10 minutes using olive oil on medium. Kinda sauteed them. Added salt and italian herbs and ketchup. Stirred it and fried it for another 5 minutes. Then I added wine, pickle dill water, and beet juice and let it boil for a couple of minutes until it was kind of a syrup. Then I added rice and tomato paste... stirred it around for a bit and then finally added cayenne pepper, salt and garlic and water... let it cook for like 30 mins on medium to let it really absorb and release the minerals and vitamins. Once this was done I tasted it and realized... holy shit, this is really good but it could use some sour cream. So I put like 3 table spoon of sour cream in there and voila... for some reason it tasted like the best fucking tomato soup I ever made. I know it's kind of like a onion tomato soup but still... so fucking good. Didn't even use buillions. I later poured it into a cup and put some swiss cheese on it and baked it in the oven until the top of the cup was golden brown. Son of a bitch I think I accidentally discovered like a secret gourmet soup. lol. Anyways maybe someone wants to try to copy it and get the same results. I wish I also had some grilled baguette and wine and it would make it even more heavenly. :)

I sometimes go to 4 bottles a day, but I have severe depression and anxiety. Pic related, was me getting ready to transfer collection of empty bottles to the recycling bin outside a couple days ago.

Sounds like a overkill pleasure meal.
I usually do this with tough noodles.

:
Noodles
Peanutsauce
Sweet chili sauce
Herbal cheese
Cottage cheese
Green pesto
herbs
pepper
pickles juice
pickles
Broccoli
Habanero tabasco

Cheap ass store guacamole to finish it but that's optional.

Salad cheese + oil will make this recipe shine bright.

Don't expect it to look appetizing but it's amazing.
