It is a type of beer known as a 'bitter', which is popular in England.

Despite being a 'bitter', it is actually rather mild and inoffensive, with a smooth and rounded *very* mildly hopped taste, and a mellow and mild citrus finish.

I don't believe it to be carbonated at all, and you can down a pint of it in about 5 seconds if you like.

It's also vegan.
