Most "adult" breakfast items are worse for you. Breakfast sausages and bacon? Loaded with sodium and sat fats. Eggs? 60%DV of cholesterol in 1 egg. Any bread or biscuit is likely close to identical to nutrition of a serving size of cereal. Only an underage trying to look cool would say cereal (hot or cold) is for children.
