Don't mind me, just being the most delicious topping in existence

The ones that come in those containers are usually great and have the best salty, juicy flavor to them.
The fat containers from Costco taste like shit and still have some seed fragments in them.
Great with salads or eating straight.

I first started eating them when I would go to a cafe near my high school that made great boar head sandwiches. they would always have 2 kalamata olives on the side.

The owners of a restaurant I work at are Egyptian and love olives as much as I do. We tend to share a pizza with pepperoni and kalamata (we have a woodfired oven in the kitchen), nobody else will touch it but we kill through it easily.
