I'm sure it's delicious but placing the pork chop on top of some large pieces like that will make cutting it more awkward, so the presentation falls a little flat imo

The French Laundry had glazed pork back about 5 years ago when I went, so I'm pretty sure it's an accepted technique in the culinary world

Looks good, I really like the caramelization on the zucchini, that's exactly how I like it.

Pork looks good but it's hard to tell how well cooked it is inside.
