Rate my Dinner: Ginger Curry Pork Chop w/ Brown Sugar Glaze over Squash and Zucchini

>> No.11040035

I'm sure it's delicious but placing the pork chop on top of some large pieces like that will make cutting it more awkward, so the presentation falls a little flat imo

nice end product & presentation. i would have half peeled the zucc though to make it easier to eat

looks good anon. But gonna echo other anon on presentation. It looks pretty but kinda not practical to eat that way. 9/10 though. Would still eat very happily.

The French Laundry had glazed pork back about 5 years ago when I went, so I'm pretty sure it's an accepted technique in the culinary world

Looks good, I really like the caramelization on the zucchini, that's exactly how I like it.

Pork looks good but it's hard to tell how well cooked it is inside.
