Hey guys I am planning on a burger idea that I want to experiment with. So far it sounds really good, but I have a concern

My concern is that it might be too dry. Is there some sauce I could use with it that will complement the flavors?

Caramel sauce sounds interesting. Is there a specific type or is it just like caramel dip?

I'll try to remember.

The best way to keep it from being dry is to take a 75% lean ground beef form it into a patty and cook it on high head till it is lightly charred on the outside but still juicy. Take it off the heat when the juices begin to run clear.

Well the dip might be too thick, I’d say find more of a caramel drizzle or sauce

Noted.

I altered my OP to reflect how I want to try it now. Sweet, thanks guys. I think the caramel will complement the apples and overall sweetness of the burger.

I will call it "You me and the brie burger" a la Bob's Burgers style name.

Brie goes well with fruit spreads, such as raspberry or fig preserves. The caramel sounds horrible, what with the bacon already being maple-ized.

Try a sweet onion jam, red pepper jam, or something like chili-raspberry spread.

Cranberry sauce
Goes well with brie and will offset the bacon saltiness

Dude, that is going to be disgusting.

Why do people think sugary things ‘complement’ sugary things?

What you need is mustard.
