I'll be coming to Florida for the first time next week for a business trip. I couldn't help but notice there is a Publix next to my hotel. I'm pretty excited to go try it out. What are the unmissables?

Chicken tender sub with a bottle of sweet tea my man. Make sure you ask for fresh bread if it looks old

Sounds good. Can you choose the sauce, if so what do you recommend? I'm thinking a nice buffalo sauce sounds good on that.

Yes, I can't wait to visit the nearby Safeway next time I'm in Cali. All jokes aside, I bet Albertson's is the only major attraction for anyone visiting Idaho

But does Safeway have its own dedicated Pepe? The meme is the allure.

Depends on where you are in FL but if south FL you should get some conch fritters on the Atlantic side. Check out local joints.

I don't know too much about tampa but some local joint likely has conch fritters.

I actually prefer the Italian sub to the chicken tender sub

The tender sub is a little boring

You can ask for a side of buffalo sauce, too

Publix fried chicken and Hawaiian rolls are the usual go to for a lot of people. From Florida myself, they also started selling day old sushi for low prices. Publix is overall great for healthy eating, they have a lot of good produce and a variety in yogurt, 100% juice, stuff like that. The bakeries are good too for cheap fried stuff like croquettes, potato balls, flakey hispanic desserts with guava.

>>11003754
Also been to Wegmans up north, lovely store. Only complaint is how crowded it gets but they really have everything except some of my tea brands.

Try off-hours, that's how I go through supermarkets and never get a hassle. A friend is a manager at one so let's me know the fried chicken is fresh, that's generally 1:30 to 2PM.

Hecks yeah. Just moved to west New York so I'm seeing the busy hours are a little bit of a squeeze with people.
