Ketofags, what are some good recipes for a dude who enjoys nothing but frozen garbage you can chuck in an oven and forget?

I've been overcome by a very unusual wave of motivation to try my hand at making something more than taco salad or steak.

Package of frozen spinach, drained
Can of crab, drained (real crab, not imitation which is full of starch binders)
Can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Mayo
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Makes a nice keto crab dip. Eat with parmesan crackers or flax crackers.

Roast a proper cut of meat and some veggies. You can still chuck it in an oven and forget, just do some seasoning and chopping first.

Head of cabbage, diced to about 1".
Stick of butter
1 lb ground beef, high fat.
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes

Brown meat, season to taste
Sauteed cabbage in butter until slightly tender
Serve meat over cabbage

Basically a deconstructed cabbage roll, but easier to make.

Osso bucco
Little bit of carrot and onions
Rosemary
Bay leaves
Olives, chopped or sliced
Olive oil
Riced cauliflower

Place some oil in pot, add osso bucco and brown. Add carrot and onion and some bay leaves and rosemary and cover with water. Cook on low boil until water is pretty much gone, this should take several hours. Cook pseudorice cauliflower with Italian seasoning. Serve osso bucco on pseudorice topped with the sauce from the pot and some olive.

Dont forget to eat the marrow.

Buy a whole chicken (5lbs or so) and rub with mustard and whatever herbs sound good. I usually go with thyme and rosemary. Chop some potatoes, carrots, and whatever other vegetables you have laying around and put them all in a covered roasting pot (I use a clay one, but a Dutch oven should work). Pour a cup white wine in there. Cook covered for 90 minutes at 450, then take off the lid for 10-20 minutes. It will fall off the bone and be absoultely delicious. I usually have enough to feed 4-5 people and then I throw the rest in a slow cooker, add more wine and some water, and you have a good chicken soup for tomorrow.
