Did you know that rice itself has a taste? "Real" Mexican places spice the hell out of everything to hide low quality ingredients, especially meats. I can't eat there. And if a taco stand was poisoning 4x as many people as Chipotle it would never make the news.

about how they are having issues with their salads because of bacteria in the lettuce. There have been massive recalls lately on packaged bags of romaine that you buy at the grocery store. It's not the fault of the business, its a problem with agriculture and food supply industry. Just a difficult problem to solve because lettuce is grown outside in the fucking ground so it gets exposed to bugs and pests that spread bacteria.

New method of farming that will be the future is indoor, vertical, hydroponic gardens that use 95% less water and yield higher percentage of crop because of the controlled temperature, humidity etc environment and the UV lights are never turned off but the sun goes down so ... yep
