what a fucking monster of an omelette
absolute unit

>> No.10998506

Mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, spinach, pepper, and basil.

>> No.10998522

We can all agree that spinach is pretty much essential in making a good omelette right? It goes with any kind of meat and cheese you can think of

>> No.10998535

ham/sausage, green peppers, cheddar, and potatoes if you can swing it. i also really like smoked salmon, dill, spinach, and a nice white cheese like provolone.

there's a pizza/sandwich place near me that does good philly steaks and i like to order it with extra meat and use the extra with eggs for breakfast. it seriously comes with like a pound of meat when you say extra. also italian beef sandwich meat is great in omelettes.

>>10998472
the mexican style omelette is also amazing but i usually do burritos rather than omelettes.

>> No.10998545

parsley, green onion, tarragon, and chervil

>> No.10998560

Better for a scramble imo.
I like a big fat Denver omelette for lunch or dinner
Feta and cherry tomato is good too
Or just an absolute fuckton of butter with some chive

Which cheese is best for an omelette? I prefer a cheese with a stronger taste. Also, I normally use ham on mine, anyone suggest any other types of meat?

>> No.10998804

>>10998754
>meats
bacon, leftover steak chunks, salmon, crab, lobster, spicy italian sausage, chorizo, roast beef, spam,

>cheese (strong)
cotija, feta, goat, pepper jack, bleu (never tried that)

>cheese (weaker)
cheddar, swiss, provolone, muenster, cream, brie, colby/monterrey jack (good with mexican ingredients like chorizo/jalapenos), fontina, gouda, havarti

some good combos are feta/salmon, pepper jack/chorizo, muenster/steak, cream/crab/lobster, italian sausage/gouda/mozzerella even
