I love keto and go on keto every year for roughly six months.
One thing I've noticed with people who also attempt it is they believe the Atkin's meme in that you can have steak boiled in butter every morning and night and be healthy. They're afraid of green leafy veggies because google told them they have a bit of carbs inside so they instead supplement their diets with pill vitamins.
They always quit because of feeling fucked up and always call me hardcore for sticking onto the keto diet for so long despite me mostly eating salads with nuts topped with either cheese or lean protein.
Not to mention most go for diet sodas because LOL NO CARBS XD and then wonder why they're so fucking hungry
