Do you guys eat raw garlic? It is one of the healthiest things you can eat. You will also never have to worry about getting bitten by vampires (aka roasties) ever again.

I have been eating three a day for a few months now.

my diet is at least 20% raw garlic

Yeah I eat raw garlic every so often. Sometimes I've just chewed on it and other times I've chopped up some cloves really fine and then drank them down with water like taking a pill. I use garlic in recipes pretty often as well. It's the best.

if you roast it in a bit of olive oil you can eat waaaaaay more

like you could eat 6 bunches of garlic no problem

I used to when I was a kid but now the smell and aftertaste really annoy me for the rest of the day. Still do it from time to time if I have no social interaction planned for the next 24 hours.

Chop poached chicken breast, chop tomatoes, add plenty of salt, mix yoghurt with a little bit of mayo, finely grate some raw garlic, grate a little bit of cheese. Delicious salad.

Enjoy paying $40/oz for a nut that simply tastes like pine needles. We need your type, goy, bless you.

no, it's much more expensive to do it properly. Cut top quarter inch off the bulbs to expose some of the garlic flesh, pour olive oil onto it, rub and smear to thoroughly coat it, bake at low for an hour or two. i don't know why they call it roasted, roasting is what you call higher heat baking

I've been told that my cum tastes better when I've been eating more garlic, but YMMV. I'll usually add a sliced/minced clove to my salad dressing, and I add loads of garlic to my homemade kimchi

I've always liked garlic, but the more fresh garlic I cook with, the more I use it. I really enjoy the flavor. I've been cooking with it for over 15 years and have never had any ill-effects.

restaurant cooks are often told to roast garlic then sautee with it, which is correct. but then they just toss the garlic out. which is wrong. there is nothing better than finding a whole clove of roasted garlic in your dish when it wasn't supposed to be there, fucking based flavor.

I like garlic. A LOT. But I've ruined my insides drinking alcohol, and I'm thinking about starting a FODMAP diet. No garlic. No onions. On the plus side, vodka is supposed to be reasonable as far as alck goes.

>> No.10997369

Couple of years ago I ate tons of garlic to kill parasites in my gut. Ate 1 bulb per day. It burned off the lining of my colon and I bled every time I did #2. Scared, I stop eating garlic and I healed about a month later. Ironically, I don't even think I had parasites in the first place.
