alright,

I like hot and spicy and I recently really got into hot sauces. I also love sauce heavy meals like a good stew or gulash and I'm looking for a recipe which combines those two. If you won't mind, I would love to get your best recipes.I mean, I could just dump a whole bottle or homemade hotsauce into a pot and stir the meat for 2 hours, but I wanna hear yours first

yeah you pretty much answered your own question. the only thing you could do is introduce chilis/peppers during the simmering process.

I live in a Spanish neighborhood. But I’m very white.
Try making a Pambazo sandwich with guajillo powder on the bread.
Your face will be on fire. I always fall for the delicious red looking bun.
Get some good Al Pastor for it though.

Use your standard gulas recipe, but replace some of the paprika with Spanish hot paprika, maybe some cayenne.

Mexican food - they have chili sauces that are good

Cajun - traditionally seasoned with a variety of hot red peppers. Look for etoufee, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans

Thai - use chili peppers in their curry recipes.

Indian - use chili peppers in a lot of their curry recipes

Texmex / Southwest - American chili is great with pretty much any kind of chili pepper for heat and flavor

to alter a beef stew into southwestern/tex mex style, add a bunch of crushed red pepper, replace vinegar for store bought hot sauce (tabasco/valentina/tapatio), replace part of flour for cornmeal, part of stock/water for tomato sauce, and optional: add a can of corn kernels near the end of the stew. it'll taste
and can be served similar to menudo if the sauce is too thin.

Breh. Chili. Find some dried chilis if you can, I like Anchos and Pasillas. Brown a whole chuck roll, cube it, sautee onions and garlic with some salt, add in your beefs and chilis and some stock, and just braise away. I like to add a ton of really savory stuff and a touch of tomato paste, maybe some canned chipotles for some smoke. Classic chili secret ingredients are mushroom powder, vegemite, dark chocolate, fish/soy sauce, or just some fuckin' MSG, who cares? Serve with a big dollop of sour cream and some corn bread or crackers.
