Got a favorite way to make a grilled cheese or special recipes? Gonna call this one the "tripple cheesy garlic cheese". It all begins with butter and garlic salt.

>Butter or Olive oil one side of two slices of bread while you have a flat cast iron pan set to medium-low heat
>2 minutes later, ground black pepper on the buttered(or oiled side of both bread slices along with any other seasoning you feel like I usually do salt and garlic powder and sometimes oregano if I feel like it
>Put both slices oil/butter side down touching each other by the long flat edge, sprinkle oil/spread butter on the dry side of both slices and season again.
>30secs- 1min later when the bottom side of both slices has gained some color flip em both and make sure they're still touching crust to crust by the longest side
>Sprinkle your favorite cheese of top of both slices as if they were one, 1 cup of cheese is usually enough for a cheesy sandwich, half a cup is more of a healthy amount(You decide)
>Once the now face down side has gained color flip both slices with the cheese on top as if it all were a single entity(it will be soon)
>Once all the cheese has melted, with a wooden or sylicone utensil or (metal if you know what you're doing) separate the cheese from the pan making sure to get the hard cheese skin that forms(it's where all the flavour is)
>Fold in half to make into a sandwich

Dip it in mustard instead of ketchup. The spiciness of brown mustard along with the vinegar works better with grilled cheese compared to ketchup which can be a bit much with the sugar.
