This is absolutely disgusting. worst quality than even McDonalds. How did they fall so low?

>> No.10973980

In the 80's subway fucking rocked.
It's my opinion they started going downhill right about the time they stopped cutting the triangle shaped wedge out of the top of the sandwich. But I can't figure why that is.

You are ordering the wrong sandwiches op.

Try the egg and bacon sandwich. They use eggs, seasoning, and butter to cook them now.

The top of the bread would get cut thin and get soggy. It didn't keep well. However, the cut itself was superior for holding meat and condiments.

Se, my trouble is my 5 other roomates keep the fridge at 100% capacity at all times.

I cant keep ingredients to make sandwiches on hand.

pic related, its the one thing about living here that I hate.

>> No.10974735

I think south Asians bought all of the franchises around where I live and it just seems off now. My brother worked at my local Subway when he was a teenager and now the person making the sandwiches is an 80 year old Bangladeshi that seems really depressed. Going there is just sad now

I see plenty of space on the shelf with coffee creamer for lunch meat, mayo, and cheese.
You won't get veggies, but those are for rabbits anyway.

A few months ago I was living with my gf's grandma so I could be with my kid, 10 mother fucking ssi check collectors she calls family lived there. They got 600 dollars a month in food stamps, and went to the food bank every week. Shit was suffocating, the whole situation was.

I decided to move back into my parents after getting kicked out in a huge fight, those leeches wouldn't let us save money to find our own place anyway. I hate my gf's family so much.

Actually true, sitting in a Subway now and my Hindi boss’ family has like 12 different subways across a few towns. According to him they have first dibs on locations when someone else tries to enter the franchise around here. His wife works mornings and she looks broken most of the time.

I once lived with five roommates as well, basically only had on cupboard and one little corner of the fridge to put my food in. I lived on canned stuff, pb&j sandwiches, pasta and eating out. Shit sucked, also living with that many people always leads to conflict. Take advantage of the cheap rent to save up and get out anon

every subway ive been too in the last 5 years has been owned and operated by indians and the veggies were always shit so i dont go there anymore, problem solved. i read subway loves them because they run the franchises better and can make their goals fastee. that is because they have access to tax free small business loans natives dont have access to, and presumably, they cheat on their t axes by not reportin g cash income.

I work for a food redistribution warehouse and we sell to every type of customer you can think of, most aren't regulars just buying odds and ends stuff.

Oddly enough, Subway has almost all of it's shit frozen. I only know because I was throwing a pallet together for an order and half the shit was subway stamped/subway logo boxes shipped to various restaurants in the area. Even their veggies were frozen.

Eat fresh my ass. They've dropped all pretense too, I got a chicken sandwhich and they heated up my meats in the microwave right in front of me. Don't they have hot plates or anything to keep the ingredients warm? Do they dethaw the chicken and just leave it lukewarm in the tray till I ask for some and then they microwave it?

Not worth it.
