Never understood the skinny people who barely eat anything and feel alright meme
An entire pizza (maybe not a big takeout one but a frozen one) is lunch for me and I'm not even that fat

Intermittent fasting is popular these days.
It's really healthy for you.

It really depends on the type of food. I can eat an entire large pizza no problem and still be hungry. For lunch yesterday I made 4 tacos with 1/2 cup tvp, spinach, a bell pepper, salsa, and a bunch of spices. Less than 650 cals and I was completely full until dinner, and my TDEE is 2200.

Is this real

I do this inadvertently when there is nothing appealing in the fridge

what is intermitent fasting?

It's when you dont tax your liver with anything but water for a long time.
Usually its you have 2h eating window in a day, then you don't eat anything for 22h, and this makes your body work better. Even a 12h non-eating window is better than 9h which is what most people have.
It's convenient if you're busy and don't want to deny any particular food from your diet.

I think the standard is 16h rest/8h eating, which lets you accommodate socializing with lunch at 12pm and dinner at 7pm. The science behind it makes sense to me, it certainly can't hurt.

If you eat for 8 hours a day
umm
That aint healthy either

Depends on what you mean, exactly. We have everything from small personal-size ones through gigantic sizes.

A "large", which seems to be the most common delivery-style pizza, measures roughly 15 inches or 40cm. Of course that will vary a bit but that should be close enough.

so the average dude take a pizza he won't finish?

You order a size that's right for you or you're sharing a pizza/having left overs.

Most people share a large pizza between 1-3 other people.
