Coffee needs to be really strong to stand up to the milk. I make coffee like 3 or 4x stronger and add an equal amount of milk and it tastes pretty good, can still taste the coffee but it's richer and a little sweeter from the milk fat and sugars. Can't drink it often though because of how strong it is or I get headaches but once in a while it's nice.

Make a lot of coffee, put some aside to make coffee ice and for the rest mix in sugar so its about 30% by mass sugar. Then cool it in a frigdge. When ice is ready mix that in with the cold coffee with liquor.
