You can cook some chicken prior until it's falling off the bone and add that. Or nice sausages.
I like to cut 3 or 4 tomatoes and cook them in the microwave for 4-5 minutes with a bit of added water, salt pepper, sugar, then add the strained ramen on top with the sausages and grated cheese.
It's surprisingly comfy.
