Well, made some beef stew a few days back. Thinking about how to handle the leftovers. Let me get your thoughts on this.

1. Boil egg noodles until al dente, then put back in the pot with some butter
2. Add two or three ladles of left over beef stew
3. Add greek yogurt, lemon and dried dill; stir until thick

It's a riff on beef stroganoff with greek elements

The only difference between egg noodles and normal noodles is the amount of egg. They're the same stuff. The only one here who is trying hard is you. It's like saying ice water is better than regular water because ice taste better.
