Today I had raspberries with my oatmeal for breakfast. Not bad.

I fucking love cherries. Fresh, preserved, even shitty maraschino cherries and that canned cherry pie filling that's half cornstarch.

can't decide which stone fruit is my favorite, but i'm leaning towards plums:

snappy peel. luscious flesh. perfect balance of acid and sugar. floral flavor.

Oh and I also love peaches but the ones you get here in northern Flyovia are hard as rocks and go bad before they get ripe.

Berries and oatmeal with some cream and almond slices if you’re feeling fancy = amazing

Me too. Rainier have classically been my favorite but as an adult, regular bing cherries seem to have more flavor and are equally, if not more, sweet.

Tree-ripened peaches and nectarines are amazing. I haven’t had plums in so long though.

No love for watermelon?
