Check your state laws. In mine, if you work continuously for 6 hours you're legally required at least a 30 minute break. If you have a similar law, first politely bring it up to your supervisor without threatening. If they still don't listen then call and file an anonymous tip at the state office that enforces labor laws that's closest to you.
