Lifestyle changes are hard. I'm working on losing weight right now and I still haven't been able to remove french fries and fast food from my diet. I eat them at least twice a week on the weekends, and I console myself by saying that at least I'm still under my TDEE since I cut so many calories from my diet in the rest of the week and exercise at least 4 out of 7 days. But I really really crave cheeseburgers every week, and soda.
