I don't get it. What's the issue with eating human meat? Why are people so averse to it

Transmission of disease. It honestly tastes great though.

You might actually be a psychopath. Most living creatures will not eat their own kind.

Nah they will, A male wolf would eat a females puppies from another male just so he can breed with that female.

Humans are pretty much the only animal that actually has a problem with it. The taboo is not natural, it's social.

I can't speak for every animal, but herbivores obviously won't, and that's already "most living creatures". I am a hunter, and I've seen various animals scavenge from other animal carcasses, but curiously never those of their own kind. I am specifically referring to raccoons, opossums, vultures (turkey and black), and coyotes. I have witnessed a bobcat investigate the remains of a dead feral cat (domestic cat) but it would not consume it either.

If you eat too much human meat it fucks with you pretty bad
I've heard animals don't typically eat humans if given the choice
Humans aren't normal, anon. We aren't made of normal meat.
We have a weirdly high fungal content in our bodies, did you know that? We're not edible.

Then you need to offer cited statistics proving your assertion. Your nest post should include what I just asked for or you should stop posting altogether. Thanks.

That's usually "kill", not "eat". Many male animals will kill the offspring of other males--it's very common among rodents--but its atypical that they are consumed rather than simply killed.

This is interesting. I suppose many apex predators aren't typically hunted and eaten, like tigers. They're mostly eaten by scavengers after they're dead.

Generally speaking, carnivorous animals taste bad and aren't economical to raise for food because their feed is costly.

the bad taste comes from a variety of things. the diet is one. Scent glands are another. Most carnivorous animals either scent mark their territory (i.e. big cats) or they use it for communication (i.e. wolves), or both.

>scent glands
Male deer have scent glands that are rank af as well but we still enjoy those. Also true free range chickens and turkeys eat anything they see - bugs, rodents, reptiles, etc.

If I had to eat human meat I'd just eat cute young virgin girls. Eating men would be gay and eating used up roasties would be cuckish.

We do, but the problem is worse with carnivores and even so does taste better than bucks.

>>Also true free range chickens and turkeys eat anything they see - bugs, rodents, reptiles, etc.
Yep, and in that case the animal tastes better for it. Omnivores aren't a problem, it's carnivores.

Um... Because you have to kill someone to get it, and no one likes old people meat.
