OPie maker here, I did a retarded thing of putting frozen butter into the flour which made it ass to cut up, which also probably caused it not to come together with the correct amount of water (which was actually a egg yolk+apple cider vinegar+water) and so when I rolled it out it wasn't big enough for the pie pan and I didn't seal the edges.

I only used a pound of shrimp so I had a ton of cream leftover. Fine by me, the cream and rice mixed together is awesome. Next time I make it, I'm going to use only the sauce instead of finely dicing the chipotle peppers.
