I didn't post that and I don't follow the keto diet, but sugar gives me pimples and irritates my skin, even if it's in fruit. I know that most people probably don't have this issue, but you shouldn't try to push the same diet onto everyone without the disclaimer that everyone works differently and you have to find what works for you. I can drink a quart of milk and feel great and have clear skin but if I eat a piece of fruit I'm going to have half a dozen pimples and itchy skin for 2 or 3 days.

Fruit has fiber which prevents this. Fruit doesn't have to be the only thing you eat.

Recommended water intake depends on age, gender, activity, and climate, and ranges from 8 to 16 cups per day. Translates to about 10-20 cups of fruit, vegetables, and meat, which you can balance out.
