How much milk is too much? Is it a bad idea to drink a half gallon a day?

>> No.10879075

>>10879063
You shouldn't be drinking any a day, you're not a cow.

>> No.10879082

drink water tea and occasionally coffee (no sugar no milk)

other beverages are inexcusable

If it doesn't do a number on your bowels and you aren't a fatty then it is fine especially if you have already been doing it without ill effects.

Can you show me where on any plants or animals that explicitly says it's for human consumption as well?

>> No.10879226

>>10879207
You don't eat grass. Cow milk and grass is the only thing cows eat and drink
water doesn't count, we're made of it, it's for everyone.

>> No.10879241

>>10879226
Missing the point.

Claiming that we shouldn't consume milk because "that is for cows" is ridiculous. By that same logic we shouldn't eat carrots either, because that root isn't for humans, it's to gather nutrients for the carrot plant. And likewise for spinach leaves, nuts and seeds (those aren't for us, those are for growing new plants), etc.

Why so much? I think one big glass of milk along with whatever butter you use in your cooking and maybe a cheeky yogurt is more than enough dairy for one day

>> No.10879306

>>10879063
Depends on what else you eat and just how you feel drinking that much. If you have yogurt for breakfast and a cheese sandwich for lunch, you might not want to drink as much milk after that. And basically what >>10879085 says.
