This is what "artists" actually believe, which is why you get so many retarded plates in certain "fine dining" restaurants. Cuisine is about making dishes that have ingredients and flavours that make sense together. Using grocery store ingredients in a way that works yields a better dish than throwing a bunch of expensive and trendy ingredients together that have no business being in the same dish.
