I like garlic butter or blue cheese. I only dip the crusts, though - dipping the actual pizza always feels like overkill to me

Of those, ranch. But overall, blue cheese sauce.

>> No.10867629

I mix honey, sriracha, and light corn syrup at a 2:2:1 ratio. Sometimes I use it as a dip. It normally I just apply a little from a squeeze bottle. It's good on most fried things as well.

I like to order pizza without sauce and then dip it in marinara sauce because I like the sauce cold.

God the captchas are fucking cancer. The audio ones won't load and the picture ones take like 30 seconds because of the fading in bullshit on top of having to solve five of them and it deciding you did it wrong because it's retarded

I've never done it, but I'd imagine making an extra garlic-y aioli would be the way to go. Most pizza place garlic sauces are soybean oil and soy lecithin with some kind of garlic flavoring, and then preservatives. You'll never get the right consistency using just butter.

>> No.10867723

>>10865894
Nothing. No good pizza is better with a dipping sauce. There's never a good reason to dip pizza in anything.

>> No.10867728

>>10867711
Aioli sounds like it would be a good thing to try. The aioli I make usually has a certain bite from the garlic though. I wonder if that could be more mellow if I roasted the garlic first or maybe used some garlic powder instead?

the only one in the pic i'd use is the garlic butter and that's only for the crust. a mild hot sauce like tobasco or cholula is bretty gud though

the pizza goop doesn't have the same taste as fresh garlic, so I'd figure it's powder. Maybe use a garlic oil as well?

Maybe. It may require some experimenting.

The donair sauce I've tried was too sweet. I need to make some with way less sugar than what is normally used. For the garlic fingers.

The only time I would use a dipping sauce is when is Papa John's and just the crust. If a pizza is so shitty that I needs something to improve it then pepper flakes and maybe a little parmesan, but otherwise nothing should be put on it.
