This is why I'm against tipping culture. Tipping doesn't encourage better service, it just leads to servers feeling entitled to handouts and it shows in their attitude. I especially love how the percentage keeps going up over the years. When I was a kid a 12-15% tip was considered good; now some servers see 20% as inadequate and want to increase it to 25%
