does mcdonalds receive tax subsidies from the federal government in exchange for keeping the poor fed?

think about it. if mcdonalds didnt exist poor people would riot and smash the state.

food! it all comes down to food. thats what really holds civilization together.

im not sure thats a good or bad thing. i mean its cheap and calorie dense. right?

>> No.10832935

Poorfag here. Mcdonalds isn't cheap. It's easier for my to go to my local discount grocery and buy real food and make it myself. I get a 10lbs box of quarter pounder patties, all beef no filler, for $17.

It's a clever way to skirt the rules. Many states do not allow hot, ready-to-eat food to be sold for food stamps. 7-Eleven gets around this by selling a cold pizza to a food stamp customer then cooking it for free as a "courtesy"

lol! fuckers!

i know in texas you cant buy hot food with it. i cant count how many times ive witnessed the poor pitching a fit in gas stations and grocery stores over this very thing. incentive to get a job.

yep. its all about cooking. people think fast food is inexpensive but its not when compared with a few pounds of chicken and vegetables. you can make like 15 plates of food for 10 bucks

>does mcdonalds receive tax subsidies from the federal government in exchange for keeping the poor fed?

No, they receive tax subsidies for poisoning the poor with trans fats, salt and sugar so that they remain stupid and cease to exist faster

Truth is though, many poor people are probably mentally ill or challenged in some way and have little notion of how to efficiently handle their finances, not to mention drug addictions leading to laziness. Boom, that's probably 75% of the population, of which are likely to choose McDonalds.
